SHIPPING AND PAYMENT

Delivery/Shipments

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped worldwide by:

 

•     Fedex / DHL Express / UPS

 

•     Malca-Amit

 

•     Bpost

 

The delivery is insured with third party insurance company (Secursus). Consult with our customer support team if you prefer another method of shipping. For most destinations tracking is available.

Expected transit time (in working days): Belgium: the next day

Europe: 2 days

Rest of the World: 4 - 10 days

 

Shipping fees include handling and vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

 

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects. If needed we will confer about the best way of shipping.

 

Payment:

 

During the order process you are enabled to choose a manual payment method (Bank Transfer). If you have concluded your order you will receive an e-mail with an invoice attached to confirm your order. Please check your spam folder in case this e-mail does not arrive.

By Bank Wire. As soon as we have received your payment on our account we will send your purchase. Customers from outside Europa have to provide IBAN- and BIC-numbers. See below for our account details.

 

If we have not received your payment within 3 days, Westate reserves the right to cancel the order.
